1+1 isn't always 2,
the 1000 piece jigsaw puzzle is missing the last piece,
the sun refuses to peep from the clouds.
Frustation creeps.
Waiting for an equation,
straightforward and correct.
Been working out this sum
and with every wrong answer,
I crumble even more.
Try to fit in every number
But I learnt they're infinite.
The functions and statistics of it all
So complicated, yet I pull on.
1+1 aint always 2.
Infinite numbers in this world,
but deep down I know
one of them is right.
