Well hello folks! Lately, Belgium has been donned with good weather. And as you all may know, when the sun comes out, everyone here savours it. Because hey, it might just be the first and last! So we all get out there before its too late.Everyone wants some Vitamin D after all.

So, I haven't told you this before, but I am a journalist for a Flemish youth magazine, MijnLeuven. It's a magazine for and by young people. Its stashed with the hottest trends and interviews with young and innovative people in Leuven that you can come across once in a while on the telly. Alongside that, there are also health articles; a hilarious column written with two perspectives of a boy and a girl; and recensies of the books/cd's of the moment.

For the last edition I interviewed a lovely young lady with talents of great heights (literally). Marie Scheers is a gymnast for Circus in Beweging. Read all about what she had to say here.

Well hallo!

Op mijn oude Nederlands blog, Droomvanger, heb ik eens verteld dat ik een journaliste ben van de tijdschrift MijnLeuven. Het is voor en door jongeren, en bomvol leuke interviews van bekende gezichten die je weleens misschien op de televisie gezien hebt (à la Sien Wynants, Kato...). Er zijn ook boekrecensies, een hilarische column en een up to dat trendwatch. Lezen, zeg ik u!

Voor de laatste editie van de tijdschrift heb ik een jonge dame wie letterlijk en figuurlijk helemaal in de wolken is met haat talent van opvoering met doek. Marie Scheers is een ongeloofelijk dame met opmerkelijk talent. Lees haar interview hier.
